  Taylor and the whole staff @ Modern Lending are just amazing. Taylor was not only courteous, he went above and beyond throughout the whole process making sure everything went smooth and kept me up to date the whole time. I'm blessed to have been referred to him and can't thank him enough for helping me become a home owner. I strongly recommend Taylor for all your mortgage needs.

  Taylor and his team were amazing! Taylor was very responsive from day one and explained the process clearly and concisely. He provided us with an update every day throughout the process which was not necessary but definitely much appreciated. He made it clear that he was available at any time for any questions or concerns that we had. This transaction went quickly and with no issues at all due to Taylor and his due diligence. My husband and I are so happy with this experience that we will definitely be back for any future transactions.

  If your a veteran this is the team you want going into battle! Taylor and his team were outstanding! This is my first home buying experience and many times did I make that point to Taylor. I knew nothing and Taylor helped every step of the way explaining everything clearly and more importantly made sure I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. I used the VA loan to acquire my home and Taylor took command ensuring I didn’t worry about a thing and that no stone was left unturned on saving me money while covering my six. The whole process was extremely easy and straight forward. Gather my info, send it to Taylor, sign some docs and now I have my first home which was something I never thought would be possible. Before Taylor I was about to destroy my dreams by using “Veterans United” which was a horrible experience and felt like I was dealing with a loan shark. They only cared about getting the biggest loan I couldn’t afford just to make their commission regardless if I was able to maintain the payments and I had to use their own realtors in order for them to even stay in contact with me. No help with anything, not even a “thank you for you service” My realtor team Toni Skane @ Coldwell Banker and her daughter Bree was outraged with how I was being treated and instantly put me in Taylor’s hands. Taylor took care of me right away with a lower interest rate and even covered my appraisal costs. Furthermore to prove how much of a badass he was, he contacted Veterans United and offered them a chance to retain my business and they flat out gave up and declined! They were no match for my “Realty Team Six” and I’ll gladly take them into battle with me again!

  Our experience with Taylor Loop and Loan Depot gets five stars. Taylor was great to work with, and kept us up to date on our loan progress. He made everything easy. Taylor was very good at explaining everything, even when he had to explain the same thing a few times, he didn't mind. He always made sure that everything was clear. We highly recommend Taylor.

  Taylor helped my wife and I get a mortgage loan faster than any competition could call me back. He would work round the clock to make sure we had the best experience and was very up-front and honest. He even went above and beyond to lower our rate at minimal points.
