  When our original lender told us they couldn’t get things done our realtor got us in contact with Dave. Dave came in and told us not to worry this is what he does. His team immediately got on it and contacted us daily making sure we got everything we needed done during the short escrow. Weekends and nights if we had questions they were there. They worked tirelessly for us and we couldn’t be happier with the service he and his team provided.

  Dave and his team was referred to me from a friend. And I have to tell you for a first time refinance I had much anxiety and fear with regard to this process. Dave was upfront and transparent with my current situation and was very matter of fact with me and my family best interest in mind. The refinance process with this team was outstanding.   Dave and his team couldn’t be more helpful. As a first time home buyer I had many questions and apprehensions. My questions were answered quickly and follow up questions, that they somehow knew I would have, were answered without me asking. Usually you find a weak link in the chain but I honestly don’t think there is one here. Wifey and I are very grateful for all the Medina’s team attention to detail. They made a stressful time as easy as it could be and they even laughed at my dumb jokes. Definitely on top of their game!!

  Dave is the most knowledgeable professional in the mortgage industry. He was able to help me to refinance my loan and his team was excellent throughout the process.   This is the second time we have financed a home with the help of Dave Medina. Our experience this time was just as positive as the first time that we financed it home with Dave Medina. We have just closed escrow with this loan and it was a little bit ahead of time. That’s always a good thing.
