  Very unprofessional. Booked online appointment for 9 A.M. At 8:45 A.M. received text message that Tasha would call me to schedule an appointment. At 9:05 A.M. responded to text with a screen shot of original appointment confirmation sent to my email by this company. Mentioned that this looked like an appointment confirmation and not a request to book an appointment. Received return text @ 9:15 that owner, (Joey) just wasn't able to make it. Said maybe some other notary would give me a call. Never heard anything else from them.

  Reached out asap saying I was getting him another notary because I wasn't available. This person obviously has other issues. Glad I didn't go there. Sounds very unreasonable. Read my other 5 star reviews.

  Joey was prepared, efficient, and timely - all important things in signing official documents...but he was beyond accommodating during this COVID crisis. He came to my house, so I wouldn’t have to travel or be exposed to any additional people. He messaged me in advance of our meeting to confirm details, as well as to assure me he would be wearing gloves and a mask, and even said we could sign outside if I was uncomfortable with him entering my house - very thoughtful, considering it’s been 100+ degrees here for days. He showed up early and we wrapped up quickly, even as he waited patiently so I could call my lender to verify some details on the paperwork. Joey is organized and professional; I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a good notary.

  Got back to me quickly, did the job an hour later onsite and for a reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Definitely would use again. Edit 2020: Used Joey several more times this year for multiple different transactions for an estate and home refi docs. Excellent service and prompt. Definitely my go to guy for notary now!

  The company I work for has used Joey as their go-to notary for several years. He is always responsive when I call or text to schedule an appointment, is typically flexible with his schedule, and is often available for next day appointments. He has never been late to an appointment and is always professional in the services he provides.
