  My wife and I went in to be seen. No available appointments. Megan Rasul went into action and got us one immediately. They are always nice and make sure you have a pleasant experience. Well done.

  Had a horrible experience here, spoke to an employee named Robin she was very rude, condescending and unprofessional. She said she was going to call me back and when she did finally called me back she never left me a voicemail or an extension to call her back. I had to drive all the way out to go to this branch only to have Christian scream out my business so the other customers could hear it, so unprofessional, Finally I was helped by the Branch manager who was very kind and understanding. I usually go to Golden one near kohl’s on Bruceville and Elk Grove blvd and employees there are amazing and so professional. No wonder this branch has such bad reviews!!!

  Every time I come to this location, no matter what time it is, the line is always at least 10 deep and the wait time is at least 20 mins. On a good day they have 3 tellers available but they have 6 windows? Hmmm, doesn't really make sense to me especially when they have millions of members, therefore, enough money to pay more tellers!! On this trip when I let my teller know that I knew it wasn't her fault but asked why is there always a long line and never any tellers, she apologized and said 'I've had to wait in long lines before too'. Her consolation continued with letting me know that a few people had called out sick, ok I can accept that, but I told her that even on a good day there is only 3 tellers available and she told me I could talk to the manager. My annoyance here is with the fact that Golden 1 has so many members yet so little concern with customer service. Golden 1, please hire more people or schedule their time better so they can be more available to assist at your busiest times. This goes for ALL your locations!!!

  Most horrible experience here. I wonder how the branch manager Melissa R even got her position as a manager at this location. I have never gone into any type of business where a manager would have other customers wait if the customer they are currently helping do not have all the proper documents to complete their transaction. The customer Melissa was helping left this location twice to run back home to get documents and instead of helping the next customer until that customer was ready, Melissa just sat around conversating with the customer. Usually when a customer isn't ready, the representative would help the next customer in line, but not Melissa, she would waste everyone else's time and have them wait as well.

  My credit is ruined because of a vehicle I’m financing with Golden One. They would fix it fix the error and went back on there word. I wish I would’ve gone with capital one

  App is constantly having issues. The more G1 updates their mobile app, the more ridiculous it's getting.

  Oh boy... Something is going wrong at this branch. It used to be one of my favorites, now - oh boy... They need new management! I live close to this branch, but now have to drive a distance just to avoid the poor service.

  Horrible branch to do business with. One customer service rep wanted to lecture me about the way I handled my business wrong. Another rep, on another visit, seemed helpful, promised she or the manager would call me back by day’s end.. still waiting. These are the people that handle my money? Not for long!

  I will never come to this location ever again. I recently went there to put some money in the atm, once I did the machine started to malfunction and ate my money and when I checked my account the money I put in didn’t appear. So now I have to wait to be contacted by the bank to get my money back.. Never again
