      If you can, go literally anywhere else. You will be in this lobby for up to an hour waiting on ONE bank teller. EDIT: I work in entertainment. My transactions are largely cash. So unless your app can trust a picture of stacks of 1s, 5s, and 10s, I'm out of luck.

      Very rude staff and especially manager sergey! I go in to withdraw money off my EDD card that has been in my maiden name forever and I’ve been able to withdraw every 2 weeks but because he was too lazy to look on my bank account to see that I opened my bank account in my maiden name he refused to let me withdraw money AND said that he was noting on my account that NO ONE AT ANY BANK OF AMERICA should allow me to withdraw money how rude is that !! I’ve been banking there since 2010 and now I will no longer bank there

      Line wraps around building. Again. Funny how Google can tell you when the busy times of day are but the bank can't figure out when it needs more than 2 tellers. Can't tell if it's due to a horrible customer service model or bad management.

      This place is unprofessional we came in the bank and lined up accordingly for service people behind us that had supposedly had business accounts were pulled to the front of the line that is very unprofessional

      PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRELY.....Absolutely terrible service. I went in to this branch to make a deposit. I went to a teller named Donavan. He was extremely rude and didn't even greet me. He counted my money using the machine and immediately told me I was short $100. I was surprised and I told him to count the money again, he rudely counted the money again and this time my money was perfect. He didn't apologize for his mistake at all. When I told he shouldn't tell customers they're short of money without rechecking the money, he started to argue with me and showed me terrible attitude. I was extremely upset and told him he has no respect of how to talk to customers and I went speak to the branch's manager. After waiting for 10 minutes, the manager came out and I explained him the entire situation. But guess what, the manager didn't do anything at all. Just told me "he'll talk to Donovan." Also the manager told me that it's Donovan's first day, WOW this is how Donovan behaves with customers on his first day?? This brand is absolutely terrible with disrespectful staff. They should be ashamed. And Donovan should be fired for his disgusting behavior and mannerlessness.

      Went to the bank today to close my checking account. Once there, I got in line but was told I needed to talk with a representative. To make a long story short.... can back to the front and I was to go next but a man in line decided otherwise. He went ahead of me and when the representative tried to tell him I was next he refused to leave the teller's window. I found the manager and explained to him what was happening. The manager spoke with the representative first then came over to talk with the man. The man was still upset even though he had been waited on before me. He kept saying, I wasn't in line, he had been there for a long time, something about "friends and family," (I think that's a program the bank offers customers.) The manager tried his best to get the man to understand, to no avail. So the manager said, Ok you are the most important person here, than the man said "No, we are all equal." The manager said "Yes, we are!" That was the best response he could have given! Although I am no longer banking with Bank of America, this manager did well in handling this customer. All this because the man felt there were not enough teller's at the windows.

      worst bank ever. I hope they don't post your mortgage payment to the wrong account. It took me over 40 hours of phone calls and three visit to the branch and still the issue is not resolved they see the payment is not posted to my account but no one seems to know how to fix the issue

      I was extremely disappointed going inside the branch today. I scheduled an appointment the wait was long did not mind that. It’s Saturday morning most banks are busy. The Woman “Rashimi” who was assistant manager supposedly was so stand offish and unsupportive when I sat down for financial literacy. I needed some information about my account she had poor customer service skills and reverted me to the customer service number and was going to write it down I have been with boa since 2015 I have the number. She told me she could not get fee reversed or help with a discrepancy about some transactions. When I called and spoke with customer service while sitting in the parking lot the wonderful lady on the phone gave me soooo much support and information that I expected to receive when I scheduled appointment to sit down with a banker. I will not use the Laguna location again since they can not educate customers about accounts and provide face to face supports.

      I go inside to deposit my check and I understood that it been awhile since I had money coming in , yes I knew it was gonna take time 2 to 5 days . I just found out this morning that the release of my check won’t come in til the 13 of February and I deposit my check on the 4th of February. Their expectations are unrealistic . On top of not helping me giving me at least some of the money , they’re to busy to pick up the phone for me and other customers . I’m very furious cause I have bills and now people to owe back because Of this.
