  Chiquita couldn't have been more helpful. She was timely, incredibly patient with my elderly father-in-law, and really made our family group feel like she cared about getting all the details correct. She also spent a bit more time than we'd originally planned (because what we actually needed was a little more complex than what I'd thought). And perhaps most important: She was absolutely charming! Can't recommend her services enough.

  I’ve used her mobile notary services twice now and she goes above and beyond great! She is very personable on the phone and shows up at the exact time that she quotes you. She’s very efficient, concise and friendly with reasonable prices due to her being mobile. I sure will use her services when a stat notary is needed at my home! 5 stars!

  This woman is simply amazing. My elderly relative needed assistance getting paperwork notarized and I am in another state so was unable to take them around and assist. Chiquita was referred to me by a local business and I reached out to her. She was VERY professional and I explained to her what we needed. Without hesitation, she told me she could handle it with no problem and truly went above and beyond. My relative is not computer literate and was a bit nervous initially. However, once she met Chiquita she felt more at ease. She couldn't stop raving about how awesome and patient Chiquita was. Chiquita handled everything from printing the paperwork, getting it signed, notarized, and shipping. She also kept me updated the entire process. Chiquita is the best!

  Chiquita is super-professional, extremely responsive, and VERY VERY customer-focused. My parents are in their mid-70s, unvaccinated, computer illiterate, and hard of hearing - after we spent 9 hours trying to get them through an eNotary process (to try to avoid all contact) unsuccessfully, we had to find another way. I started calling mobile notaries in the Fort Worth area, and Chiquita was the only notary who answered the phone on a Friday night. I told her our difficulties and she was super helpful in suggesting different alternatives to try and get my parents' documents signed with the least amount of effort and contact. She went out of her way to accommodate us - masks, hand sanitizer, social-distancing - she worked with us to do everything we could possibly do to keep my parents safe. She was at my parent's less than 24 hours later, and we got everything signed - my family loved her!!! She is so kind, helpful, and compassionate - if you need a notary, but especially if you have difficult circumstances or elderly parents, she is absolutely, hands-down, the best notary I have been honored to work with.
