  Ian Careaga is hands down the best. This is the second time I have used him to purchase a house. I have recommended him to my friends and family and if I ever move again, I will work with Ian again. He was always so helpful and professional. Anytime I had a question or needed clarification on something, he was always happy to help. With something as major as buying a house, it is such a relief to work with someone you can trust. I even called him at 10:00 the night before closing to ask him to review everything for me and make sure I wasn’t missing anything and to make sure everything on our contract looked good. Work with Ian Careaga and you will be happy you did.

  Ian and Prime Lending were hands down the easiest part of moving into our new home. Not only was Ian incredibly responsive with any questions I had, but he took the time to also explain all of our options that were available to us along the way. I work a typical 9-5 and that was no problem for him. He took the time to answer questions over the weekend and in the evening hours to accommodate us for the biggest financial decision in my family's lives. If you're in the market for a new home... there's no question that he can take care of you.

  Ian Careaga with Prime Lending is such a great lender. I've worked with him for years, have had many of my clients work with him and he's even refinanced one of my rentals.
