  I was referred to Worthington Bank by a colleague of mine, and he told me to call Lexi Summers. Lexi picked up on my first call, and was awesome to work with as a new bank customer. She was quick to respond to any questions I had while starting up a new account with them. She and Dolores were great to work with, and I would recommend you call them for ANY banking needs you have. 5 Stars all day.

  The Folks at Worthington National Bank are the absolute best in the business. They are not my 'bankers'. I consider them my friends. Calling my bank and having one of them answer the phone and know it's me immediately, is fantastic. They have provided me the best service that any bank has ever provided me and it all comes easy and naturally to them.   There are some minor drawbacks to working with a small local bank such as the lack of locations and online services when compared to a larger bank, but I would say there are significantly more positives. As a small business owner you are often overlooked by big banks, but the staff at Worthington makes sure you are taken care of. My favorite part is that I don't have to spend much time navigating the banks many layers. I can easily reach my go to employees Lexi and Dolores and they are always happy to help and if they can't help they will make sure they find the person who can. Lexi is always sure to follow up to make sure my issues are resolved. I highly recommend Worthington to any small business owner or anyone who wants a personalized experience and to be more than just another account number to a big bank

  We recently closed on a construction financing transaction with Worthington National, and I can't speak highly enough about the work their employees, specifically Lexi and Dolores, throughout process of this deal. They did an exceptional job maintaining personal communication with clients and taking every step possible to ensure that the process and closing ran smoothly.   Everyone at Worthington National Bank has been and continues to be very helpful with all of our business needs. We left a larger, national bank during the pandemic and have been very happy since then. Robyn Martin is always quick to answer any questions or concerns.

  I can't brag about Worthington National Bank enough! Our business has worked with Worthington for close to 20 years and I personally bank there as well. Cee, Dolores, Robyn, and truly everyone at the downtown branch enjoys helping with anything we need and they are wonderful people to know.
