  Mobile homes for less made my very first buying experience unbelievably easy; if I had any questions or problems I texted Stan Jr and he would text or call me right back in a matter of minutes, I am so happy I chose this company to buy my home through because they were amazing through it all! I can’t say thank you enough to this outstanding family and crew. I will forever recommend y’all to everyone I know ❤️

  Loved working with “Mobile homes for less” The staff is friendly, efficient, and very professional. They answered all my 101 questions and more. Stan and his group are so easy to work with. They do as promised and more. They treat you as family. (Months later I called Stan for wrecker service which I needed for my sister which he graciously helped me with. Thank you Stan!!!)

  Fantastic customer service! Stan Jr was very helpful and we appreciated that he was not pushy! He and everyone at Mobile Homes 4 Less seemed to really care and want to help us find our forever home. We have been in our home around 6 months now and we are still extremely happy with our decision to buy our home from Stan Jr and the Mobile Homes 4 Less team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  I visited several mobile home companies and Mobile Homes for Less clearly outperformed the others. Stan Jr. worked with me not only with a purchase of a home but with understanding what I needed for land without city utilities. He educated me on water wells and septic tanks and how to budget properly so I was not overextended. Also, when the builder did not honor the warranty within the warranty period, he contacted them, and they fixed the issues previously reported and new issues after the warranty expired. I want to thank all those at Mobile Homes for Less who made me feel at home. Offering breakfast and refreshments. Treating me like one of the family. Thank y’all for being patient with me as I traveled back and forth from North Texas and making documents available when I was not able to be on site. Special thanks to Dequita who assisted Stan Jr. in the purchase of my home, was empathetic to my personal problems, and gave great advise. I would recommend Mobile Homes for Less to anyone, and if I am in the market again, I will be back.

  Quality people proud of a quality product. Professionals at every level of their operations and each of them are proud of their work. Several (!) went above and beyond what we expected and we’d give these folks our highest recommendations! Treated us like their family! Stan Jr and Dequita were wonderful to work with and I’ve known Stan Sr for almost 30 years! Quality folks that love what they do!

  Our first home buying experience was truly amazing. Stan JR & Dequita were so helpful on every turn, and made things so easy for us. They both stayed in constant contact with us through the whole process, and even afterwards to make sure everything was right. They are a family owned business and treat their customers as if they are family. I would recommend going to them!

  We bought our new home from Mobile Homes for Less. It was probably the largest purchase we have made but was also the easiest purchase we made. Everything was delivered and set up on the dates that was promised, any issues we had after moving in were promptly addressed and my favorite part is I never called the main office. If I needed anything or had questions I had Stans direct cell phone number. I called or texted him directly and he promptly answered me back. They packed up and moved out old house and had the new one in on the same day. This is a great company to deal with even after we completed the sale. Stan has called me twice now in a 3 month period just to make sure we are doing ok, making sure we were enjoying our new home and if we needed anything from him. I will always refer Stan and mobile homes for less to anyone looking for a new home.

  What great experience! From start to finish, they are wonderful. From choosing our home to top quality finishing work.
