  This company deals in fraudulent transactions. I had the VP tell my lawyer that the loan was approved ready to go which was all a lie. the loan officer was in my home on various occasions without permission, their buyer broke into my home gutted my first floor threw out my appliances and personal property, the loan officer begged me not to call the cops stating the buyer was just excited to buy the home. In five days they then moved into my home putting 4 levels of garbage, changed my locks blocked my windows and doors I had to break into my own home. Thankfully I had them removed for trespassing, the mortgage company lied on all the documents. I almost lost my home! Please beware!!

  Joe is definitely like talking to my brother and talking to Sarah is definitely like talking to a beloved niece. All the staff were always at my entire disposal and helped me at every step. Even in the last part of the transaction I was afraid and wanted to repent, but thanks to the fact that I was able to listen to them today I can say that I made one of the best deals.

  As first time home buyers I was super overwhelmed, happy, angry and upset. It was a roller coaster of emotions due to being approved then not approved and then only being approved with a co-borrower. I do thank the team for making my closing possible but I wish it would have been a smoother journey.

  This company and its loan officer Carlos Gonzales are a complete scam. They approved my clients whom were not ready to purchase, then lying severely, issuing a commitment that was a fake, only to give it to a hard lender after to try another route and charging ridiculous fees, only to drag it out months causing lawsuits and damages to my buyers. Not only did my clients lose the sale, after months of heartache and spending money, OUR TIME, and then only to have to compensate sellers a lot of money because my buyers were promised things and kept extending the closing date w/incurring fees. I have been doing real estate full time for 17+ years, never came across such unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent brokerage. Carlos was terrible to work with. Steer clear from this brokerage and this so called loan officer.

  Just bought my first house with MLB. My loan was closed in a short time and the process was easy thanks to my loan officer. Overall I had a good experience. I highly recommend!

  Words cannot express how honored I am to even be writing this review. Special Thanks to Michael Santos and the MLB Team for pulling through for me and my family on our home purchase! You made our wishes come true with our dream home and we are forever grateful. Michael and his team have been kind, honest and a pleasure to work with. Being a home buyer in this economy is scary enough as it is and to have to worry about dealing with lenders that are anything but honest makes it even scarier. Michael and his staff did everything possible to make it easy to understand, make sure that we were comfortable and they were honest every step of the way.
