  Missy was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the whole process. I would reccomend anyone looking to buy or sell a house use her. Her whole team was extremely kind and helpful. She was extremely responsive and informative throughout the whole buying process. As a first time home buyer I could not have asked for a better realtor than Missy. Every person she reccomended from the lender to the inspector was phenomenal!!

  We moved to Michigan from Colorado in hopes of being able to find and afford our first home. After a friend suggested Missy Lord as our realtor, we met with Missy and I knew right away she was going to be the person to help us achieve our goal. Missy is kind, compassionate, caring, professional, and patient! She helped us find a lender and started showing us many houses immediately. Missy worked with our schedules and had an alternate realtor show us houses on days she had scheduling conflicts so we didn't have to wait. In this market, being able to see houses right away is the best advantage. When we were not finding the perfect home for us, Missy made suggestions and we changed some key items in order to open up new possibilities. We would still be looking if it weren't for her. We have a 2-year-old who is still asking almost daily if we can go see Missy. She is not only a wonderful realtor, she has become family! Missy Lord is a spectacular realtor and you will find what you are looking for if you trust her expertise!

  Missy Lord has been such a trooper with us. With moving, due to work, amidst the COVID housing rush, it was extremely competitive market to find our home. It took us about a year to find what we really wanted and needed, but Missy and her team really did work with all their might and extremely fast when we wanted to make an offer. The most impressive aspect about Missy has been when we were ready to settle in a house that we thought was just ok, she asked us “Do you honestly like this home or are you just settling? Don’t settle. I want you to get a house that you will be excited to live in and 100% love with no regrets.” WOW!! Any other realtor would just accept their customers to settle just so they could get their cut. Not Missy. Her work ethic is very professional while still being a honest and true hearted human being. We 1,000x recommend Missy to anyone in the Dewitt, and even the greater Lansing area.

  She went above and beyond to fight for me in the midst of a crazy housing market. I was told by seller that she chose my offer even though it wasn't the highest offer because Missy kept sharing with her how much I loved the house. Through all the chaos that so often comes up in buy/selling houses, she made everything very simple. She took as much time as I wanted to explain things, and presented me with options of how we could proceed in each situation, and then once I made a decision, I could wait in peace knowing that she was doing everything she could to make it happen. She always communicated promptly and I never felt like I had to wonder what was happening - she proactively kept me informed. I would work with her again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a first class agent!

  Missy is an exceptional agent. Her knowledge of the Lansing area was very helpful in finding our current home. She went above and beyond in selling our old home for much more than we expected. In a crazy real estate market with far too many agents to choose from, Missy is the real deal.

  I can't say enough good things about our home buying experience with Missy. As first time home buyers who were also initiating the search from across the country, she was patient, kind, informative and responsive. She is also professional, prepared and just lovely to be around. We spent a lot of time with Missy touring homes and I will miss getting to see her so often! One of the most important things I was looking for in a realtor was to not feel pressured to make a purchase: Missy provided great information and guidance but never made us feel pressured at all. I would recommend her highly to any and all of my family and friends.

  My Fiancé and I just closed on our house and we were very happy with Missy. Everyone she recommended to us during the process was extremely helpful and she really went to bat for us whenever we had issues with the homebuying process. We ultimately had some issues with the first bank we applied to and Missy was able help find a lender that we were more happy with. She also helped us resolve some issues that arose with the house buying process, was never pushing her own goals on us, and was generally encouraging and supportive.
