  Honestly when my fiancé and I started looking for a house we were going through rocket mortgage, I highly suggest you go through cherry creek! Wayne lacy and zach taskey made the process so simple for first time home buyers! Every question, no matter how simple or irrelevant, they answered to the best of there knowledge and never made us think we weren’t ready even if we didn’t know a simple question.   We worked with Wayne on our Refinance and he was great. He suggested going from a 30 to a 15 year without raising our monthly budget by too much. It is amazing how much money we will save over time. His office staff took care of everything and the process went so smoothly. The closing paperwork was signed in our kitchen one day after work. Thats how easy the process was!
