  This is by far the best branch I have visited. The tellers are very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this LAFCU location to anyone wanting small town charm!

  I always get friendly fast service and greeted with a smile. Been banking here since I was 1 and took over the account at 18 from my father and have always had great service. They send email updates with hour changes, service updates, and keep you in the know.

  I have used this bank since HighSchool and am now 33. The service is fast and helpful. You are able to get coffee while waiting in line. They typically have quick responses to issues and are willing to help you in most situations. Online banking is great! You are able to do electronic deposit by taking a picture of your checks which is fast and easy. There are many offices around so you are able to access their bank from many locations for example I used to work in Mason and needed to take care of something at the bank and was able to go to the Mason location. I would recommend this bank to others. The only suggestion I have is to have the minimum withdraw at the ATM be $10.

  I am so pleased with LAFCU. They are always helpful and eager to address my financial needs and concern's. Highly secure accounts and long hours to meet almost anyone's business needs. If you are disappointed in your bank. Give this credit union a try. You will be pleased as well.

  Rude staff, not a pleasant experience with our loan. Accepted our insurance for 4 years then suddenly it was a problem. Started charging me for their own insurance. Will never use LAFCU for anything again

  Tellers are cordial and friendly, not happy about the practice of transferring funds from signature loan to cover checks when there is already enough $$ in account to cover the checks...butbhey. they are better than Lake Trust!

  The inside needs to open asap. This long line waiting to go through the drive thru and sitting here for 30+min is ridiculous. When it was my actual time to pull up to the ATM, I sat there for another 10-15 min before someone decided to come help me
