  My experience with Mission Mortgage was about the most professional, efficient and pleasant events. this loan process with Mission Mortgage was one of the most honest, efficient and pleasant buying experience I've had in my life and trust me I've had the opportunity and time to have had many buying experiences both with homes .I personally think anyone who chooses Mission Mortgage as their mortgage company would have made an astute business decision.

  Omar helped me get loan to buy my first home. He is professional, sincere in his work, and overall a friendly person. I liked the fact that he was quick to respond to emails and text messages, and took time out to patiently explain the various rates and factors for loans. He helped me throughout the house hunt process, and was the general go to person for all technical, and sometimes philosophical, discussions on home buying and it's various facets in one's life. Overall, I am happy to strongly recommend Omar.

  I need to do a HELOC through my bank (one of the biggest banks) but finally got turned down due to my short history of credit and primary residency. I approached another local bank and got the same result. After searching online, I found Mission San Jose and shot them an enquiry email. Philip got back to me quick and sent me some brief lending informaiton strict away. After organizing my documents and sent Philip over my application details, Philip called me to come to his office for more detailed explanation. He spent almost two hours during his busy schedule to explain every detail to me as he knows I am a newbie home buyer. He walked me through the whole process and possible obstacles affecting the lending amount, interest rates and the final approval. Around two weeks, I got the pre-approval certificate then I started to my house hunting journey. Luckily, after 3-week search, I was able to make an offer near Fox Creek and got accpeted by the seller. Philip took his action right away in order to make sure it closed in 30 days. He kept asking me to send outstanding information and proofing documents, kept me updated about the current status and helped me prepare the necessary paperworks which the underwriter would need to see. His working time is almost 24/7. He responded my emails or texts almost with no time. With the highly motivated attitude and customer-oriented mindset, Philip helped me close the deal on time. To my surprise, he even showed up in the Escrow office when I was signing the escrow document. He would like to make sure the process was smooth and complete. My realtor Jerry said he never saw a lender show up in the closing. Apart from helping me get my great deal, Philip has gone beyond his service such as giving me a lot of advice in the current market, his recommendations in getting contractors and property management and his opinions about my investment. I have learnt a lot from the process and from Philip who is no doubt a savvy lending professional. The plans offered by Mission San Jose is also diversified, there will be one plan fitting anyone's need. If I have my next deal, I will definitely go for Mission San Jose and get Philip's assistance again! Thank you Philip!

  Philip Kilmer was such an amazing help with purchasing my first home. He was very patient and thorough on explaining how the process worked. The communication between us was awesome during this time and still is! We keep in contact today as he sends me informative messages letting me know how my house is doing on the market. This is for MY benefit (to drop the PMI) charges. Thanks to Philip, I got my PMI dropped right on time without paying an extra dime!   My wife and I worked with Bon At Mission San Jose Mortgage. It was the best experience that we have ever had! Bon was on top of everything from start to finish, and keep us in the loop the entire time. There was never a moment that my wife or I didn't know what was going on with the loan process.
