  I met Don Burns when he represented a buyer for a property I had listed. I was very impressed with Don's communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. In fact, I was so impressed with Don and the H.O.M.E Lending team that I have referred several of my clients to them for their refinance and purchase money needs. They are excellent at prompt communication, and were so kind and patient while we asked a million questions about the homebuying process. Few things are more stressful than buying your first home, and Don and Paula were so great and made it so easy.   Don burns sold our home and told us we qualified as he was the broker/lender...we ended up with a home that sold but no loan for a new home. We had lots of false promises and even talks of reimbursement due to us being on the streets. They money gained from our home sale will now be used towards a motel due to bohse remtals being 1700 + This is the worst so call real estate business I've ever been in. and actually have trouble sleeping at night due to this. I would not go here for professional help in home loans or sales....worst than the sleezy corner car salesman.
