  We are brand new customers. We called to set up our online account and the rep wouldn't stay on long enough to ensure that we could log in successfully. He said: "I can't stay on the line because I have other customers I have to help." Not a very nice welcome. We were going to ask about other services and possibly move from our big bank to this credit union. Not now.

  I've had my mortgage through Mission Federal Credit Union for years and I love them. Also, they are the most cmmunity-engaged bank in North County, with school visits and grants! We're lucky to have them - and they have great rates and customer service! I highly recommend them.
