  I was impressed with their inventory, and pricing is reasonable. Barbara is great! She's very helpful, but not pushy. And Otto did everything he could to make our experience a fun and enjoyable one. We'll definitely be shopping here again.

  I visited this store to attempt to sell some rings that I inherited. To my surprise it wasn’t real gold, however I still feel compelled to leave a positive review due to the outstanding customer service I received from Fermin. Although we weren’t able to do business, we had a great exchange of words and I left feeling that he cared about providing a good experience with me regardless. He offered to clean my necklace and that showed me his genuine care in regards to excellent customer service. Fermin, good job bud..... I would have left you a 5-star review even if you didn’t ask for one.

  This place is a great local Pawn shop. VERY friendly. Check out was a little slow, I think the lady checking me out was new though

  This place is really great... all the employees from the managers to sales associates are way cool. They will spend time with you to ensure your pawn, loan, or purchase is exactly what you wanted. They definitely have my pawnshop business now and in the future.
