  Great customer service. I called in advance and was able to make a same-day appointment to cash a bunch of savings bonds. Didn't have to wait. Patty was extremely helpful.

  Why is it so hard for this location to help you? Every time you come in they have several bankers sitting around but somehow you have to wait 30+ mins. Then nobody is a business specialist...... how is that possible? Really a Terrible location!

  I was at this branch for an hour waiting to open more acounts with them but not after today i will be giving my businesses to sdccu

  Waited 35 mins to talk to banker was never helped had to walk out and go to different bank and tellers were just standing around talking.

  If you need a direct deposit form don't bother in this location. After 10 minutes still no help.
