  Tried to withdraw money from the ATM and I have plenty in my account. ATM kept saying they were unable to complete transaction. Not a problem on my end, but now I have to drive across town to another bank. Thanks for nothing.

  We have been customers since our relocation from the Midwest in 2017. Great customer service, tellers know your name and very friendly employees. This bank is highly rated by the State.

  This place is suspicious. While I had an account there, random small dollar amounts would be deducted from the account, with no description as to what they were. When I inquired as to what they were at the branch, I was either told that the charges “aren’t showing up in their system” or that they were “fees” (this was outside of being charged an “account maintenance fee” each month. Finally, two months after I closed my account and left, they had the gall to send me a notice that I owed them a $4 “service fee” for closing the account. Avoid this place like the plague.

  I have banked with many local, state and national banks for both personal and business. Mission Bank, by far, has been the most honest, friendly, hardest working group of people I have worked with. They have the right balance of small town neighbor feel and professionalism. I still use a national bank for some banking needs, as they do not have all of the technology features I am looking for, but no bank has all features. If you are looking for a solid local bank with a great staff, I encourage you to give Mission Bank a try.

  Exceptional service. I checked with Mission Bank to inquire about financing, and their Loan Officer was fantastic. He made the process easy and was always available to help. In life, loan interest rates vary in percentage; but Mission Bank reduced my stress by 100%. Thank you, MB!
