  I started working with Mindy about a year ago when I first thought about looking for a house. She explained at that moment I was not ready to purchase so she told me what she needed me to do so I would qualify. After a year of following her direction I was able to be qualified and today I am a proud new home owner. She literally worked with me from day one to the closing to make sure my purchase went as smooth as possible. Mindy is not just someone that I worked with to get a loan to purchase my first home but she made me feel like she was a close personal friend. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a honest no BS loan officer that will explain to you in the simplest terms what you need to do to make your dream come true.
