  First Centennial Mortgage is the BEST!!! Chris you rock! Best experience ever! and if you want to save money at closing, this is your best option! Let me tell you my story. As first time home buyers we were clueless about the whole process of getting a house. At the beginning we decided to go with Guarantee Rate thinking that it would be the best in experience, costs and service… HUGE, GIGANTIC and HORRIBLE mistake. At the beginning they were nice but when the closing costs were discussed they just did not care, they did not offer me any different way to approach this. They even told me to ask my friends for money. A total disaster. Afterwards, I had the fortune of calling Chris Eastman of First Centennial Mortgage. After explaining to him my situation and after showing my numbers with the other guys, he beat the closing cost at first glance. A day after we had a video call, he shared his screen and showed me MULTIPLE options of rates and closing costs.At the end he helped me to reduce my closing costs almost 50%!!!!!!! Chris and his team were always patient and responded to me almost immediately. They have a lot of clients but alway find a way to answer me. And the best thing is that on the closing day he even credited me $500 more than expected. Thank you Chris, Dawn, Mark and your whole team. You are the best.

  Being first time homebuyers and knowing very little about the home buying process, Chris was able to put any fears and intimidation we felt at ease. Big purchases, especially for a home, can be very stressful, but we were glad to know that whatever our concerns were, Chris was only a phone call away. Not only is Chris extremely knowledgeable in his field, but he is a genuine and caring individual. He truly has his client's best interest in mind! My family and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for guidance during the home buying process. We closed on our home in March 2015, and lucky for us, we had the dream team!

  Chris and his team are the best. You will definitely want Academy Mortgage behind you when making possibly the biggest financial decision of your life. Chris is a numbers guy. He knows all of the ins and outs of the market and will help you every step of the way. He also shows you the best and worst case scenarios based on your criteria to help you decide what is and isn't in your range. Chris and his team gives you regular updates and gives you everything you need upfront. Everyone in his team is very knowledgeable about the entire process and were always willing to help when I had questions. Even if I called and they weren't in the office, they were able to make time and returned my calls/emails as soon as they could. They worked around the clock to make sure everything was ready ahead of schedule. If you're looking for a mortgage, give their office a call. You won't be disappointed.

  I personally sent 3 referrals over to Chris in the last 3 months, and he has handled them with white gloves. Chris always takes the upfront approach with his clients and it shows. He never has misled any referral I have sent him, and if nothing else he under-promised and over delivered to all of them. His staff is always available as well, which helps when Mike, my first time home buyer, Realtor was calling on Saturday to get an updated approval to put in an offer. Pretty nice if you ask me. Thanks Chris and congrats on your new award I heard you won with the Realtor Women Association.

  Chris and his team always made us feel comfortable with the refinancing process. We had a tense, unpleasant experience due to the Title Company at Closing and Chris' team (Dawn in particular) made some calls and the Title Company went out of their way to rectify the situation. Kudos to them!

  ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I honestly cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for Chris's team. Chris was a godsend. We are First Time Homebuyers and I was absolutely terrified of the process but Chris made EVERYTHING a smooth and anxiety free transition. When I contacted Chris he explained everything from what I had to do to prepare for this adventure to the final day before closing. Everytime I had an ounce of fear or anxiety he was right there to comfort me and assure me. One thing I will never forget "An idle mind is the devils playground". His loan processor Dawn was amazing at what she does and she made sure I got every document to her to make this application process a smooth process.
