  We came 30 min before closing and they did not want to open us account even there was no people ,poor service I have account myself was trying to open one for my mom .

  There's an old man, John Ellison, at the front desk, who is super racist. The second I walked in he had an attitude. I called in the previous Friday to ask if they had a safety deposit box available. They said said they did have one last one and it was FIRST COME FIRST SERVE - they did not hold those boxes under any circumstances. So I walk in Monday and I ask if they have the box available and he says yes but it's being held for a customer coming in today. I ask him to go confirm with the banker who had promised the customer and he does. The lady says something to the effect of the customer is coming in today so it's being held for her. Doesn't seem like they are concerned with serving the customers well. I was able to get a quick minute with the lady and she said the customer came in Saturday and made an appt to get the box today. If I was told this information on Friday, I would have done the same. They didn't seem to care at all.

  Don’t go to this horrible place. They will waste your time. Especially the banker Chris Heisler is very rude to customers. He doesn’t know anything about banking system. He should be fired immediately. He asked you unnecessary questions. If I can give him negative stars I m more than pleased to do so.

  This location is great. Friendly, professional staff. Whit and Randy are experienced financial advisors. I trust their advise and they have genuine care for all my banking needs.

  If I could I’d give this place 0 stars, do yourself a favor and drive the extra five minutes to go to the Chase off of Gary and Schick, there’s no way their service could be as bad as this one. The people act as though you’re taking up their time and have better things to do, not the way a business should make a customer feel.

  Great bank,best customer service.I Opened my account when this bank was called Bank one.it has been more than 20 years.The service has been great.CHRIS HEISLER the relationship Banker is the best, helped me whenever I had a question or problem.Thank you Chris and Chase bank.

  Drive thru takes forever ....the worst serbice, people working there look like have whole day and dont care you might be in rush...todays experience

  The old man that works in front racist and so rude, I asked him to wave a fee on my account but he was super rude and he didn’t even give me any hope, on the other hand, my friend had the same problem he was there a few days before and the problem was solved, I think just because he was white, on the same day I went to different Chase and they solved my problem
