  Milwaukee Hard Money saved the day!!! Our first lender changed the amount due at closing by $31k and we did not feel right about it, but had less than 4 days to get this deal closed. Tyler and Sarah came through and had everything squared away in 3 days!!! I could not believe that was even possible. Their numbers NEVER CHANGED! There were no surprises and the customer service has been excellent. I would recommend them to any investor! This group knows their stuff and can work fast. Thank you Tyler and Sarah for saving our deal!!!

  I have worked with MHM on a few deals already. I Just closed on the most recent one late May of 2022 and as always, it was a pleasure to work with them. Scott and his team are by far some of the best in the business and always seems to answer any questions in a timely manner. I recommend them for anyone looking to get into the real estate business.

  I was very happy in the beginning but the process to refinance with the 30 year loan is taking way to long and its beginning to feel like I am being strung along just so I can pay extra money in fees and interest.

  We appreciate the feedback and, while we are offering the 30yr product to help our borrowers with refinancing, we don't actually own that product and have to rely on additional 3rd parties to deliver.
