  When things got tough and I needed a way out mills42 was there to help. Especially Michelle great customer services. She treated me like a human being and not just a customer that banks with them. Very understanding and went above and beyond to help me get my new vehicle. I would absolutely recommend dealing with her. Truthfully they are all great. Juan,jennifer,Michelle and countless other I may have missed that worked behind the scenes to help me out. Thank you all so very much.

  I have been a member of Mills42 for a very long time, and I cannot say enough how happy I am with this Team, they really care about you, and go well beyond to look out for your best financial interest, and I don't even live in New England anymore, but they are still my bank, thank you Mills42

  I was having trouble logging on and took my lap top in and Juan was a ROCK STAR who hand held this dinosaur of a member thru the process. He was so patient and knowledgeable ... and super nice. THIS is why people should you small local credit union!

  I've been with this credit union since 2008 and still till this day, close to 15 years. Had my first loan for a car from Mills42 and it was the best interest rate that I got, especially for a person with a new credit. Which was a fair credit that I had at the time.I Love the service they provide to their members and excellent rates that they have. They are truly about the people and helping their members.   Mills 42 is more than a credit union. They are a NEIGHBORHOOD Credit Union. The workers remember your name. Every member takes their time with you and always makes you feel like, only you matter! Jennifer, Tatiana and Michelle have always provided great customer service. Mills 42 has your back and it has been a pleasure to be a member and work with Mills 42 for many different financial needs.   I have been with Mills42 for 5 years now and in those 5 years they have helped me grow and raise my credit score to where I can now begin to save and buy my first home. (I will use them for my Mortgage services also) Everyone there has fantastic customer skills and makes you feel like family instead of business. They are always available and willing to help in anyway they can. I am very grateful that they took a chance and helped me get to where I would like to be! YOU ALL ARE TO BE COMMENDED ON THE GREAT WORK THAT YOU DO!!!!

  By far the best banking experience I have ever had. Mills42 really wants to help you succeed. They have helped me build my credit and continue to support me, and now my family as they have become Mills42 members also. Jennifer is so friendly and helpful. She is by far the best!   I have banked with Mills42 for almost 6 years and they have been absolutely wonderful. I have a checking and savings account, 2 auto loans, and just recently closed on a HELOC with the help of Narey Ny. She was amazingly efficient, professional, responsive, and kind. Highly recommend Narey and the entire Mills42 team to help handle all of your banking and financial needs!

  I would recommend people to work with this bank. They have the best employees and will help you out during after hours. Especially when I was trying to get a loan for my car because I didn’t want to go with what the dealer was giving me. This bank will most likely give you one of the best rates.

  Thatiany was great in helping me quickly get a car loan. Iv been a member here for a few years and Mills42 has always been helpful with anything I need. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union with great rates and friendly staff.
