Suzie Que1Called twice. Went through entire process of choose 1-2, choose 1-5, choose 1-4, choose 1-2 then held 25 minutes each time to talk to human being before finally hanging up.
Response from the ownerWe apologize for any inconvenience. Our call center can be reached until 8 pm, Eastern Standard Time this evening. https://www.enterprisebanking.com/contact For your privacy and confidentiality, please do not include any personal information such as account numbers or social security numbers. We are unable to address ATM/Debit Card disputes via email; please call Customer Service at 877-671-2265. Also, we noticed you might have been trying to reach a different unaffiliated institution with our same Enterprise Bank name. Although we are named Enterprise Bank, we are based in Lowell, Massachusetts and are unaffiliated with any other bank locations by this name outside of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We realize it can be confusing when our page shows up in search results where we are optimized to reach people within our designated market area. We wanted to clarify in case you were trying to leave this feedback for the institutions outside of or region such as this one which is based in the western part of the United States (a different website from ours: https://www.enterprisebank.com/locations). Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist you.

Beryl Reid5I live in Lowell and this is my bank. The customer experience here is very personal. They know their customers and are eager to help in any way they can. The clerks and professional staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. We have our checking, security box and savings here. If we need something notarized they always are glad to do it. It's like a small town bank in a city.
