  If it was possible- I’d give give no stars. This was THE WORST experience ever. I bought a laptop and it was dead- so I couldn’t turn it on. It was busy and the guy gave me attitude about plugging it in so I assumed everything would be fine. I get home and the keypad is all messed up. I reset it and did everything! All using an external keypad and nothing. I go back - the same guy who sold it to me. Gives me complete attitude and accuses me of spilling something. In effort to be kind I asked if maybe I could just trade the computer- he then refuses to sell me another one. I’ll never come backs to buy or sell. Completely rude and a waste of my time.

  Empire Loan is awesome !!! They have great stuff for sale & are always willing to give you a great deal !! Julio, Brian,& formerly Julissa are always pleasant & helpful !! They take an honest interest in you as a person & your needs.They work with you & your budget . I have told several people about them & they have been treated the same.. If you are in need of extra cash or wanting to make a purchase...see them first !! Save yourself the time, energy & anxiety...go to Empire Loan and get the BEST DEALS around. Again ....they are Awesome !!!

  Seller beware they will offer you way less than what your item is actually worth. They tell you one price over the phone and when you get there its way less than what they told you over the phone. Unless you want to get taken advantage i would recommend any place but this one.

We base our offers on condition and a percentage of what we find items selling for on websites like eBay, not what they may have sold for at retail (gold and diamond jewelry is based on the scrap value of the metal). If we quote over the phone it is based on information customers provide with the understanding that we can't guarantee anything until we actually see the item in person.   Definitely great service and fair. Will be bring my business to this place moving forward rather then the other places in Worcester where they treat you poorly and unfairly. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends. Keep up the good work guys !

  I was very disappointed by this place. I work nearby, and drove past this place all the time. My partner and I had been shopping for rings for ages and hadn't found anything, so on a whim I decided to stop here during my lunch break. I was surprised at the quality and quantity of the jewelry in the case, and found a very unique ring that I fell in love with. I felt the price was fair, and the gentlemen who helped me were very nice. They told me it would take a month to have it resized, which seemed long to me, but I don't know much about jewelry so I agreed. Well, a month later I call up and oh, they forgot to send it out so it's still sitting in the shop! Mind you, this is an engagement ring, so it's kind of a big deal! The man I spoke to offered to refund me the $50 I paid for them to resize the ring, or they would put a "rush" on it which would still take TWO WEEKS! I picked up the ring and took it somewhere else where they can do a two day rush, or their average turnaround time which is a week. I love the ring, and it's beautiful, but having to wait for a month and then having to take it somewhere else and wait even longer is obscene and they should be ashamed of themselves. I had been talking to my partner about buying our bands there as well, but clearly that isn't going to happen now. They refunded me the $50 for the work they never did, but what about all the time that I wasted waiting for my ring? The time I wasted where I couldn't get engaged because of these people? Just disgusting.

  Wonderful customer service - they did everything possible to help me maintain my loan payments, so I wouldn't lose my merchandise. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a tough spot.

  Whenever I need money, or gifts that really impress, I always come to Empire Loan. Brian is always incredibly helpful and his staff always makes transactions with professionalism. They treat me with respect and have great store hours! They also have an easy to use app for payments and to keep track of my loans. Empire in Worcester, every time.
