  Having a mandatory 30 day period to hold what you pawn just seems predatory, like you already gotta pay a fee to get your stuff back, but if I'm able to do it in a week or two, why can't I? Just preying on people struggling because you are downtown. Look forward to going down Chandler and not seeing this shop, but scumbags always prosper in this country, so unlikely

  Purchased an engagement ring from here. I got an amazing deal as the ring was appraised for almost $5000 more than what I paid for it. Josh was very helpful and helped me place a new band on it before I received it. Very happy with the overall purchase and support!!! Would definitely recommend this store.

  Josh helped us with an engagement ring and we couldn't be happier with it. We are both post-grads with hefty student loans, so there is no way we could have afforded as nice of an engagement ring without Loan USA. The entire team of employees was very helpful and patient while I lamented over every decision. Amazing customer service! I now recommend them to everyone! Especially when I get tons of compliments on it.

  Your business was very clean and the people who work here very nice! I thought the price they gave me for my gold was great! From all the other shops we went to, this one by far was the BEST!! 👍👍

  Went in with a $1,000 laptop (hp envy core i7 360 touch screen) and needed 150-200 to get through the week and my daughter some diapers. They only offered me $80 smh. I will never go back and will tell everyone to go to empire loan cuz they gave me 200 and treated me like family. Thanks Empire Loan and Loan USA take the USA out of your name because you are a disgrace to that name. God bless and happy thanksgiving which loan USA probably cares nothing about cheers.

There are a number of different prices for each piece, unfortunately it can be tough to differentiate what is what.   I know this establishment has probably seen their fair share of clientel, but I was INSULTED to travel out of my way to this hole in the wall and have the clerk suggest that I stole my own merchandise I was bringing in smh. The service was deplorable! Sell on ebay or craigslist before this place! You’ll be treated better!

  They take advantage of ppl in need with low ball offers. And they won't give u back what u pawn even if u pay on time. Stay way from them

  Lord save this place !! They tried tell me my gold was fake so they didn’t have to give me 1000$ just for my charm lol what a joke ! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE STAFF SUCK !! What a joke !

  Hi Elijah - I am very sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. However, I did want to dispute your claim. We go through a number of procedures when testing gold from our Xray machine that tells us exactly what an item is made of, to scratch and acid tests. Not only did your item come back as gold plate probable, it bubbled green and disappeared on the stone. When these three things happen it is more likely than not gold plated, thus we were unable to write a loan for you. I want to reiterate that we are not judging you and would have been more than happy to write you a loan had your item been authentic. We always try to be as courteous with our customers and understand that this can be a sensitive subject. We do apologize if we came off as crass and wish you the best of luck in the future.
