  Steve made the whole process so smooth & easy. This was our first time buying a house and Steve was so on top of everything. He addressed all of our questions ASAP! I was so overwhelmed with the whole process with it being my first house and Steve took the time to answer every one of my questions. I couldn't imagine having another lender!   We engaged Steve for financing on a second house a week before our scheduled close day due to our previous lender not coming through on getting our appraisal scheduled. Steve was able to process everything very quickly and was able to find an appraiser quickly so we only had to extend our close date by about a week. The communication on status between us, our agent and title was superb. Will definitely use Steve in the future and I highly recommend him.

  We were looking to refinance our mortgage and Steve had great reviews and all kinds of positive feedback, so I reached out to him first. We ended up getting a slightly better offer from our original lender, but Steve actually was able to beat this. Steve made the refi process extremely easy. I had countless conversations with other people about how long and protracted their refi has been, and how they’ve been in the dark the whole time about the status. This was never the case with Steve. This process was painless and lightning fast, from day 1. His communication made all the difference - he is patient, answered all our questions, and replied to emails within 30min or less most times.   Steve is amazing, from start ton finish. We banged this refi out in under 30 days. Steve was extremely informative and quick to answer all questions (like within minutes to a couple hours at max, but usually within minutes of my email)via email or phone call. I tried doing a refi months earlier with a family friend, and it was a complete S. Show. We spent 3 months working on it with a horrible appraisal, and un accurate credit rates and not the interest rate I was looking for. Steve used up to date info, and credit ratings, gave me a doc list the first day, and never faltered from that list. His online system is super easy and practicle. Every step was easier then the one before it. All in all, I will never use another lender, and will be referring all my friends and family to Steve. Your a rockstar man, keep it up!

  We used Steve as our lender for the purchase of our new home last year on a recommendation from our realtor and could not have been happier. When rates dropped this year we contacted Steve to determine if refinancing our loan would be cost effective for our situation. We received an estimate the same day and made the decision to proceed with the re-fi. We closed on the loan less than 3 weeks later and was pleasantly surprised when the closing costs were lower than the original estimate. As with our first experience using Steve, the process was seamless and we never had to leave our home to sign the documents.
