  Wow, Kim is so knowledgeable. She explained everything prior to proceeding through each step. I really appreciate being clearly informed about what I was being asked to do in the application process. She also is really efficient and quick and got back to me so fast with answers.   Stephanie is GREAT! She doesn’t push you into something you don’t want. She listens to you, to see what you are asking for. Then, she gives you her advice. After that, you decide what you want to do and Stephanie gets to work for you right away. Stephanie is very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. She also keeps in touch after your loan has been processed and approved. LoanDepot is the BEST!

  I would never use anyone else. I worked with Melanie Lane and she was amazing. I had worked with other companies before and they made it easy. I never thought it can be even smoother. I ask a lot of questions and she answered the phone every time. I never felt rushed which is a big deal to me.
