  Wynona is the best! She is super well informed and knowledgeable. As first time homebuyers, she gave us ease of mind knowing there was no such thing as a bad question and helped us every step of the way! She constantly kept in contact with us and was always available for any questions we had. She helped make our home buying experience a breeze.   Wynona was incredibly helpful and did an excellent job making sure I fully understood the pros and cons of all options available to me. She was great moving at my pace, which I really appreciated given my hectic work life. Would refinance with this company & with Wynona in a heartbeat! :)

  I wish I could provide more stars for this review!!!!! I am a tough customer and I recommend Milestone Mortgage, Wynona, Daniel , Shelby, Tyler and the entire team that supported me through a very complicated VA loan. Exceptional level of customer support, guidance, professionalism at every step of the way. Due to the level of competitiveness, I needed a number of additional docs and pre-approvals as well as a final loan that requiring a number of additional steps to close, everything handled timely and with outstanding communication and advice. This entire process was flawless. I am new to the area , and my Realtor , Amber Brooks- Cutting Edge Reality ( another stellar team!!!) recommended Wynona-- so glad she did, all of the additional support vendors were also top-notch. I watched a few friends re-finance with less than optimal results, so this transaction is even more impressive considering the volume and challenges facing the market. Kudos and THANK YOU-- I love my new home with my super low rate!!

  I heard about PenTrust from an old friend of my mom's. I reached out and connected with Wynona Nohava just to see if purchasing a home was even in our realm of possibility. From day one Wynona was surprisingly helpful and let us know that we qualified. I was shocked, and excited, as this was not something I thought I would be able to do at my age. We began the process and found a home we loved, put an offer down and that's when things got a little dicey. We seemed to be having issue after issue with details of our past employment information the UW needed. Not once did Wynona show any sign of giving up or that she regretted taking our file, in fact, the opposite. She was AMAZING 10/10 would recommend. She worked diligently on our file and I know it was not easy. I recommend this company and especially Wynona to anyone looking to have a successful home buying experience. Thank you so much!
