  I highly recommend Milend if you are considering a refi. Joseph was fantastic. He was easily accessible and answered all my questions. Closing was simple and completed in 20 minutes. Outstanding mortgage rate as well!

  We recently refinanced with MiLend and could not be more impressed with their services. Sara Canova, Tara Henry, and Lauren Hearn were exceptionally responsive to our calls and emails. Sara had our refi started within hours of our initial conversation and followed all the way through to closing with her team. The whole experience was professional, efficient, and painless.   Five months ago I was looking for a new house, my realtor suggested MiLend Inc. for financing. The first time I spoke to Justin Perez was like we knew each other for years. I was very comfortable in allowing him to handle my financial affairs for my new purchase. MiLend is very professional, Justin and his team kept me informed regarding any issues which possibly could have popped up. Justin is trust worthy, supportive and has the clients best interest above all else during any transactions. My closing was flawless without any last minute changes at the table. I look forward to using Justin and his team again in the future. In my opinion Milend is a AAA organization and employees like Justin prove it. Thank you for a job well done!

  My loan officer Joseph, was great.. This was the first time out of three mortgages, that my loan processing was easy..I was with Churchill and cardinal and can say the process was horrible.. lies and unanswered questions with the previous lenders.. Joseph answered all my questions with very knowledgeable information.. First time I felt someone really cared about informing the customer, and not trying to just close a loan...Milend is very helpful and considerate of its customers, and I feel put customers first in the process..First time giving a review, but thought I should give Joseph his do diligence for a job well done..thanks Joseph! and the Milend team ...😁

  I was referred to MiLend through a friend and was also in the process of vetting other mortgage companies. Being that this was my first home purchase I was nervous and wanted to find the right fit along with a great mortgage. I definitely found all of that working with Aaron Pharr! He walked me through every document, every number and helped me understand what payments would look like on every property I asked about....and there were quite a few. He was very quick to respond, hopped on calls any day of the week and never pressured me to make a decision or close for his benefit. My closing was seamless and took roughly 30 days from the time I found the property! I highly highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for my next purchase!   MiLend is fantastic, plain and simple. I worked with Clara and could not have been more satisfied. Not only did she offer creative options that competitors would/could not do, she also offered candid advice and guidance throughout the entire process. Although I did not end up doing a deal this time, I will definitely be back and use Clara for all future mortgage needs. Highly recommended!
