  I had a very good experience while shopping for a loan. They have an online portal that makes every stage of the process seamless. Additionally, they were very good in giving me an idea of what to anticipate and how long it will take. My mortgage closed on time and the overall financing experience was above and beyond. Plan to use Houzzle financial when I plan to refinance. Once you find a good company, keep using them. I highly recommend.

  Blake and Soo came to my rescue when my 1st lender & broker dragged out my case for almost 2 months & failed to close. They communicated with so much clarity and acted with a sense of urgency to close my case within 10 days. I was able to avoid losing my earnest money because their capability to simply get it done. 1000% recommended!

  Great company and superior customer service. Until Houzzle Financial, we had shopped a number of mortgage companies and no one was able to assist my wife and I getting our home. Blake and Houzzle Financial were able to successfully navigate our information and get our loan approved and funded with a great rate!!!!! Highly recommend!!!

  I was recommended by someone that he was great. Dealing with Blake wasn't great at all. Very unprofessional. He never seem interested in helping or asking questions. This guy doesn't even follow up and doesn't like to answer my text or a call return. Don't waste your time with Blake.

  After Houzzle Financial was able to close the loan on my personal residence in two weeks, I've referred several clients to Blake at Houzzle all with smashing success! Blake and his staff are prompt and courteous, and know how to get the job done for clients within a wide range of credit scores. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

  I have purchased about 15 houses in the last decade, and this was definitely the best experience I have ever had with a mortgage lender. Blake is great as you can tell he works unbelievably hard for his clients. Masha, who I dealt with in conjunction with Blake, was one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. I didn't think it would be possible to get a loan as I am an entrepreneur with somewhat unsettling financials due to a prior divorce Tama but they still found a way. Thanks, you guys are the best!
