  Exceptional doesn't even begin to describe the experience my husband and I had working with Mike on our refinance. I had spent months doing research and speaking to SEVERAL loan officers and absolutely ZERO were able to provide the options Mike made available. As a military family, moving is standard operating procedure and part of the life. Working with Mike took one HUGE worry off our plate as we begin to make another transition. The process was smooth. Mike was in constant communication and also made himself available for questions. I would recommend him to anyone and I already have. Hands down....easiest, best refinance experience. Thanks Mike!

  Mike was a consummate professional.. As a first time home buyer, Mike explained important details and walked me through the process. He was prompt, professional and extremely kind.   It has been such a pleasure working with Mike and Trisha at C2! My husband and I are young, military, first time home buyers who were searching for a home back in our hometown in California from Hawaii. During the entire process Mike always took the time to answer any questions I had about our home loan and really broke it all down for us. From the beginning we had a clear budget and goal in mind and Mike never forgot that. Him and Trisha are always on top of it and move fast to ensure we got to closing in time!   Mike is a great Mortgage Broker. I called Mike when my other lender couldn't perform and he went out of his way to get licensed in my state and took over half way through escrow and got it done! One thing that sets Mike apart from others is his responsiveness. If I called, texted or emailed I had a response within minutes every time, day or night! That's extremely important when things need to happen quickly! I later discovered that he even took care of business while he was on vacation! I didn't even know, he answered every call. Mike treats his clients like family, whenever I called it felt like I was calling a friend not just bank or business. I got a competitive rate and a smooth loan process using Mike. Mike's team also holds just as high of standards as he does. Trisha his Sr Loan Processor was extremely helpful and professional. 5 out of 5 stars! I will be using Mike and recommending him and his team for all future loan needs.

  C2 Financial Corp We had the distinct pleasure of working with Michael West for the recent purchase of our new home in California. We live in New Hampshire and were looking for property to be nearer to our children who live in California. We selected Mr. West, who had assisted our daughter in her home purchase several years ago, because she recommended him so highly. It was also helpful that he had previously worked with our realtor so that the process was seamless. Mike was extremely personable and helpful from our initial mortgage loan request through the final signing of the closing documents. He outlined all the various steps in the process and his efforts at streamlining the work made it possible for us to get the condo we wanted because of the expedited timeline he was able to provide. I do not know of many loan officers who would have been not only okay with us calling them at 6:30 a.m. their time when the signing notary was a no show, but who was so helpful and on it, such that we were able to proceed as planned, albeit later in the day.I will heartily recommend Mr. West and his C2 Financial to all of my friends and acquaintances who are looking for loan or home purchase assistance.   My son highly recommended Mike. Mike went ‘above and beyond’, to make sure everything turned out as planned. He coached me through several difficulties in the loan process but in the end, got us to the finish line, with my sanity intact! He is very communicative & stays on task.
