      Worst, I mean the absolutely worst branch, dismal service. They never, and I mean factually NEVER answer the phone. Appointments set at branch do not show up in the online appointment app. DO NOT go on Friday afternoons--lines out the door with only 1 or 2 tellers. On second thought, DO NOT EVER go to this branch. We are almost to the point of taking the trouble to leave BOA completely after over 30 years cumulative. Yet another example of corporate wealth extraction/retention AT ALL COST--understaffing while opportunistically using COVID as the reason. Customer experience does not even enter into the equation any more. Poor employees of BOA caught in the middle!

      Lol all the bad reviews are how long it takes to see a teller. It’s true. I’ve never waited less than 25 mins at this bank. One teller and 17 people in line. Ridiculous! These complaints about one teller and waiting an hour in line have been going on for years. How long does it take to fix a simple solutions. Add 4 more tellers. I don’t understand why is there a dozen employees in the building and only one teller.

      It blows my mind that there was only 2 tellers on a friday!!!A Friday before a holiday weekend!!!!the line curved around..I couldn't belive how long it took..I've never had to wait that long in my life at a bank...1 other teller finally came and helped but she also looked like she didn't care how long the line was and seemed to be having a great conversation with whoever she was talking to from where she came out from...overall annoyed at the experience and will rather go to another bank if this is the service I will receive...and can't blame it on covid because none of the workers were wearing a mask!

      As always, I hate writing negative reviews. I recently visited this establishment to get a replacement debit card. I also like to add that I visited this facility three months prior for the same issue. I was told by a male gentlemen that I should take care of it on the app. SMH....after making a call, the associate told me that they were not able to help me. Instead, off helping me he rather pushes me away. Cashing checks, and taking out funds only, and customer service is not the priority.

      This is the 4th time I come and theres about 20 people in line and two tellers .. I saw the response to a previous review about using the atm .. but unfortunately what I need to get done needs to be with a teller .. if ATM would give more than a 1000 it would be great but I always have to come inside to get the amount that I need .. STOP RELYING ON ATMS! If they are only limited on what they can do .. also if the ones working on their desk would get up and help a bit to lower the line that would be awesome. I see them either talking or just sitting down .. i also bank with SDCCU and when theres a long line the people working on their desk help out and get things done ..

      Just went in to try deposit money for someone else. I do not bank with B of A for good reasons. After waiting in line for 15 minutes on a Friday and only 2 tellers working the windows i got up to the window and the teller told me i needed the account number even though i have every other personal info to lookup account. So i got out of line to make the call and got the account number. I waited another 15-20 minutes in line and got a new teller. This one told me they no longer accepted cash deposits for others if you don't bank with them already. I needed a check or cashier's check. Good grief...that's time i will never get back. Thanks for nothing. I would give you 0 stars if i could.

      Literally in a line of 30 people with only 2 tellers available on a Saturday before labor day? Wow. They must have send all their tellers on vacation. Now I understand why this is a 1 star bank.. poor service, not enough employees. Expect a lot more than this. This is sad.. switching banks..

      Me and my wife drove to this bank to simply pull out some cash. The teller told my wife she should use the atm outside? Are you serious? No wonder this bank has such horrible reviews. This was at 9:50 am on October 19 2020. Hopefully someone will be able track who this rude woman is telling my wife to instead of coming inside and using the bank that she should use the atm outside. Absolutely disrespectful. I would be embarrassed having this person represent my business turning customers away in such a rude fashion. Horrendous customer service.

      It is impossible to speak to someone by phone anymore. Relationship Managers don't seem to have good listening skills or know how to have good working relations with customers. I have been dealing with a Safety Deposit Box issue for 3 years. I have been told each year that it is taken care of but it has not been. I need to speak to the Financial Center Manager ASAP and I can't get any help. Poor Banking Customer Service.,

      JOSE is the one of Manager in this bank. He is very impolite. The ways he's talk or acting with customers ( I don't like to said harassment) ) look like he threatening customers if this bank keeps this Manager bank will be close soon
