  Bought a diamond ring from them and had them resize it. I noticed when I got it back that they cracked my diamond. Now they're trying to say I bought it like that. I KNOW FOR A FACT I wouldn't buy a cracked or flawed diamond engagement ring.

  I love Gems n Loans in Vista! Whenever I'm in a bind they have my back. The service is friendly and they know me all by name. Richard, Angel, Mervin, Laidy, Ralphie, Lucy, and the new guy! You guys rock! Don't shop anywhere else. You won't regret it.

  I went in with 3 guitars - including a Fender Stratocaster. They were friendly, and I felt I'd get a fair offer. After doing their searching for 20 minutes - they offered me $25 for each guitar. I went there cuz you reviewers gave them high ratings - but this was - as many of you recognize - a joke. I asked a few times to be sure I understood. They again and again confirmed that was their offer. I thanked them, left - went to another Pawn Shop and got $450 for the three guitars. I also noticed, while they were trying to figure out what they would offer - they have a few mid range guitars for sale. They looked to be in good condition - but they were priced, as used guitars, higher than you could get a new one. Perhaps these folks are good with gems - but they are looking to steal - at least guitars - and then sell them to some sap who doesn't realize he's paying 2 or 3 times what the guitar is worth. If they bought my Strat for $25 - I have a feeling it would be hanging up for 15 to 20 times that amount. I want to do business with honest people looking to make a fair deal - not a bunch of schuksters trying to get over on everybody...Never Going Back....

  Great customer service, they make you feel at home, pretty easy going people..I will definitely be stopping by a few times a week to check their inventory. They have reasonable prices... Awesome place!!
