  Branch Mgr Bryan, won't give his last name is a JACKASS! Not allowed at the branch for telling him what I think. Had HPD on my front door step intimidating me. Won't ever go inside that branch ever again. Considering closing my accounts after 19 years of business. Waiting for a call from corporate after calling in a complaint.

  worst location ever! 25 people in line and only 1 teller. service is terrible. I was coming to deposit some money and open another account... im bow on my qay to CHASE.

  The worse bank ever. Never have any drive up lanes open. Always a long line. I'm always taking 45 min in this bank just to deposit money. Get it together bank of america.

  Waited 20 min in line to deposit. There were only 3 people in line in front of me and 2 very slow cashiers. Will avoid this branch from now on.

  Poor service, I'm not sure if manager's or employee's fault. I have been waiting in the drive thru for approximately 30 minutes, when I finally arrived to window, the teller told me to hold on because she also has customers inside. I look inside and indeed there is a line inside as well but only 2 tellers. Why????

  Very nice staff, I was greeted at the door by security and Mrs. Bertha was polite and very helpful, excellent overall customer service, great job!

  Bank of America Listen to your Customers, this Branch is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Customer Service is even WORST, and to top it off, one had a nerve to only to Spanish to me(Im African American), and when I responded to them back in Spanish they begin speaking English... REALLY????

  They’re so slow and there is just one cash desk open at a time. Every time I come here, I have to wait at least 30 minutes.
