  Having a terrific Insurance agent is one less thing you have to worry about. I love that I can call Diane and know that my insurance needs will be taken care of immediately. Best agent out there. You can't go wrong with having her as an Agent. :-)

  excellent, professional and personable service is what we have been experiencing since the past 5 years with several policies we have with Mike Orn's agency in Andover. Claims are handled quickly and with a smile :) For any auto policies for new drivers/teenagers, consider talking to them since they have some of the best rates. Thank you AND your friendly staff. You guys are an excellent team.

  Mike has a lot of experience in the industry, he has been very helpful making sure my family is taken care of and he offers services as a financial advisor for free which has been awesome after recently getting married and buying a home. My wife and I just got our life insurance and refinanced our car through State Farm Bank and saved over $100/month! Great family atmosphere in the office and they are always there to help, I won't be going anywhere else for my insurance!

  Mike and his staff are awesome. We worked with Christy when we tried to obtain additional insurance she is great and very responsive and answered all my questions. They have the best team ever!!
