Deborah Kirkeeide1I’ve never had such bad service! Trying to wire money which didn’t go through so I had to come the next day and do it all over again. This time I asked for a receipt which they said they can’t print and have to wait for the email confirmation. I wouldn’t leave the bank without out the confirmation this time, the teller said that his boss could do it and would only take a minute If I just waited 15 minutes the person would be done with a customer. Then the boss needed to step out for a minute, it’s now been 45 minutes and I’m still waiting.

Being Honest1Made the mistake of switching over Banks to US Bank. Never once was I told that I'd have $1,000 daily limit on my debit card for 1 year. I found this out when my card was embarrassingly declined. They told me that I should have known that this was their policy and other banks have this too. My previous bank did not and I guess I don't study all banking policies.

Halle Harrington1If I could give them zero stars I would. I walked in to an empty bank, there was one teller and that was the only other person there. I was not greated or acknowledged. I sat down to wait for a banker for 20 minutes. Finally some guy named Marcus came out from the back and he saw 2 people who just walked in instead of assisting me. I still had not been acknowledged and at this point I just walked out to go to a better bank location.

Sasha Andreyevskiy1My least favorite US Bank location… it’s the closest one to my house, so I keep coming back and regret it pretty much every time. Staff, though outwardly friendly, always find the reason not to fulfill my request with from fake disbelief “I am not sure why this happened…” to an outright lie “oh recently system has changed, and we are no longer able to do this…” kind of replies. And yet I walk out and drive to the next location and no one has issues getting the same thing done with no questions aske! Unbelievable.

Shawn Mars1Slowest branch in existence. Management is incompetent and almost every time I come here there are several employees chatting away while only one or two tellers handle growing lines. I really don't know why I bank here.

Brian Mann1Very disappointed. I called to see about making an appointment to meet with a bank representative. I learned this was necessary during a past visit when there was no one available. There was no one available to talk to when I called the Andover number and I was met with no other option - the line was disconnected. I find it very difficult to believe that a huge banking system cannot have enough representatives to answer basic phone calls. I phoned the Anoka branch and actually was able to talk to a person but was told that there were no appointments available to meet today - 10:30AM. This seems very troubling that a corporation this huge cannot provide service to those who fund it. (US Banks closed another bank on the east side of Anoka last year.) All I need to do is help my mom get with her US Bank account. I understand there is a pandemic but service industries seems to be functioning just fine in most other areas. Happy that my accounts are not with US Bank.

Brian5When shopping for an auto loan, I inquired with US Bank and the day I was trying to close it, they were short staffed. The person working went way above and beyond to help me wrap everything up. I wish I could remember her name so I could let her managers know about her exceptional service! I see others have had a negative experience at this location but from everything I have seen, they are doing everything they can to adapt and continue to serve their customers.

Carla Storley1My mother passed away with a safe deposit box and checking account at this branch. It took 4 separate visits to try and close these accounts and access the box. I went to the drive thru with all the paperwork they claimed needed to be filled out.The teller in the drive thru had me wait for 20 minutes, came back and rudely said she could not help me. I would have to go into the lobby. I asked her when the lobby would open, she said she had no idea. The sign on the door says the lobby opens at 9:30 am. It was after 10 am before they would answer the phone. I made an appointment for the next day. The banker was completely in the dark as to how to handle closing these accounts. He goes and chats with his supervisor, Angie. After 25 minutes he returns saying I need more paperwork. (Just trying to get rid of me because he doesn't want to deal with it.) I explained to him I have everything I need. Eventually he called a different branch and figured out how to process my request. Then he refused to have an employee notarize the affidavit. He tells me I have to make another appointment for tomorrow. Eventually I did get things settled. I am frustrated at how much of my time was wasted.

Lolita Eide1I made cash deposit at the branch ATM machine and the machine has error and unable to credit to my account. Called the customer service and said it will take 10 business day to investigate. I was so upset because this is not my fault and I have to wait for 10 business day for my money back. Then I called the branch again after a week, the teller was very rude and said nothing she can do and didn't offer anything to help. This is unacceptable! Bad customer service!

David Smith1Four lanes in the drive through, one person handling it. One employee walked through the area, could plainly see how busy it was and just walked away. It took 20 minutes to deposit two checks in the same account; one deposit slip.
