  Good bank, great people, but the worst banking app that has ever been created. Plan on having costumer service on speed dial because the bank app will leave you stranded without any access to your funds by randomly logging you out, not recognizing up to date passwords and info, then flagging your account and leaving you locked out indefinitely. I have had so much trouble over the last few years with the 'new' updated app, that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  I wouldn't even give MidWestOne Bank one star. READ THE FINE PRINT before opening an account with MidWestOne. They are they are still in the dinosaur age technologically speaking. Their checking account policies are onerous. It needs to constantly be logged in to and constantly moving money in and out of your account. What a NON-User friendly bank.

  I have been a member of Midwest One for many years, and have been to more than 4 locations. At this location, specifically Laura didn’t treat me like a customer. She was extremely rude and you could tell she was upset before I came in, she just took her anger/frustration out on me. I’ve had good customer service here before from other tellers, but my last time there, was a awful experience. I do not recommend this location. I do recommend the Midwest One in Osceola WI they give excellent customer service every time I go there!

  We came in at 3:20 and they said that they didn’t have time to start an account that new because they were closing at 4. My husband took off work to do this. All the other banks were open. You just missed a big account. Thanks for your (ahem) service. The other bank in town was happy to help.
