  Blown away by the customer service of this place! Julie helped me with a bank account and I've never worked with a banker that's so responsive and helpful. I also opened a HELOC with Steve who was great as well. Easy process, aggressive rate! Love this place.

  Citizen's State Bank is an excellent choice for all of your banking needs! We have been using CSB for almost 3 years now and could not be happier. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Any questions I have, they can answer, and they are timely with responses. The ladies in the teller line are EXCELLENT! You cannot go wrong with CSB! I highly recommend them.

  Everybody that I've come into contact with has been fantastic every time. I really enjoy my banking experience with these guys. I come from Forest Lake to do my business banking here because of there willingness to work so hard at my side for my banking needs. You're awesome!!! :)

  My first time stopping there was today. No line at all and on a Friday after 530! The teller was very nice and seemed very sincere. Great access off and on the freeway!

  I don't know what people are talking about. This has been BY FAR the best banking experience of my life. They came through on a very unique one off loan when I was in a pinch selling my house. I've done a boat loan as well as an auto loan with them, both of which took less than 15 minutes for paperwork (most of which was just catching up on how they've been personally). If you want to feel like a number and have your info plugged and chugged, then go to a huge bank. If you wanted to be treated like a rock star without having a phone prompt menu with 9 different options, then go with Citizens. They're fantastic!
