  Sarah was awesome with helping me find out why my debit card was declined at the license office in Crystal. She engaged in conversation like we knew each other, which made me less stressed. We figured out what the problem could of been and she left me a voice mail before she left for the day to make sure everything was ok. Now that is going above and beyond, especially with the lack of customer assistance in the post COVID world we live in! Kudos to her!

  My mom did her banking here for many years. When she was unable to drive anymore, I brought her to do her banking. The people were so friendly and it was convenient for me, so I decided to open an account and have been doing business here ever since. I like the entertainment events they have from time to time. I also look forward to the shredding events. I appreciate the "welcome" feeling I get when I come, even in the drive-thru.

  Have moved to this bank with my accounts after 25 years with another local bank. I go in or use the drive thru and never have a deposit slip but they all know me by name. Everyone treats me like family and are very speedy with service. If you want a fabulous bank that treats you well like a small town community this is it.

  Now Midwest BankCentre. We called in advance to get information on bank policy and customer service. Went in to open accounts. After several hours opening accounts and the necessity of a return trip for incomplete information and a couple of days transpired we were informed we did not qualify for mobile deposit. 30 day hold on new accounts. The reason we went there in the first place. Do yourself a favor. Buy a mason jar place your money in it and bury it in your back yard before coming here.

  My mother has been banking here for a year . She has had nothing but trouble with the crystal city bank. The are very rude they close your account when you have money in there .
