  Worst Credit Union around. They are rude and unproffesional. They will close your account after 1 day late payment. Then things just go down hill from there. They will not honor their promise for a pay for deletion even after they get their money in full. Lies just to get what they want. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. There are way better Credit Union's that are honest and will treat you right.

  Complete joke my wife and I have had many loans with them. We applied for a home improvement loan. For 13,600. We could not get Kathryn G in there mortgage dept to ever answer us. Well when I go to email her today. What a surprise shes out until the 29th. No one could call us or email us. After we sent every document of employment and w2s for the last 2 years. Which i didnt know with 750 plus credit scores was nessicary. Also with 30k plus in equity in home. Than I call today to cancel the process and get my damn 320 back and it's like we never really did anything. Well thanks to you I can restart everything through a different bank. Absolute joke. Never agaian will ever use

  Good luck getting into your online banking app. Even better luck if you ever need assistance from the bank. Tell me, why does this credit union require so many different PINs? One to use the atm, one to access your account info on the phone, and if you don't have the phone PIN, you have no choice but to go in or wait a few days for them to mail it to you. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I'm not really sure what exactly it takes to get a loan when you're already a member of this credit union. The only reason I even opened an account with them was because of the spiel they give you about a credit union working for the members, and that's clearly not true.

  I will never use them for anything ever again. I have had a car loan through them for 4 years now and have paid it on time and in full every single payment. I asked for another car loan yesterday and they denied me.

  First community has been good to me.they take care of me at every turn.when no other bank would help me they took over both of my car loans at an unbelievable interest rates.i couldnt get a decent credit card to save my life guess who helped me there first community.if you bank any where else your stupid.lol

  Love this bank however their phone services leave much agitation wait times are extensive and they turn off all phones on weekends even though all on site location are open and perfectly capable of answering calls if you have business don't waste your time on the phone just go in person cause most of the time they have the phones turned off anyway and it will say our offices are closed for the weekend please visit your onsite location office hours are 930am to 3pm today

  They always have good rates if you have good credit and they have late hours!
