  Delighted w the ease of refinancing my mortgage through Hancock. Being self employed, financing can be a bear w hoops to jump. Not so this time around. Completed on record time!   I would give Mary Catherine 100 stars if I could!! In this competitive market, having the right Mortgage Lender is crucial. I initially started my home buying journey with another lender (will not mention name or company) and it was a terrible experience! I was referred to Mary Catherine by my Realtor who was also super amazing! My Realtor suggested that I get a second opinion since I was having a terrible time with the original lender and I am so grateful that I did! From day one of speaking with Mary Catherine she was so helpful and very personable. Mary Catherine walked me through every step of the process in detail which was so great since this was my first time purchasing a home. She kept me updated and answered all of my questions (which was a lot) in such a timely manner! I always knew what to expect and she made everything so easy. Mary Catherine even went above and beyond to help with the home buying process since the market is so competitive right now!   Mary Catherine Baragary came in and saved the day & the deal! Long story short, buyers original lender failed just days before closing leaving our seller's in limbo waiting so they could purchase their new home! MC got the buyers from pre-approval to closing in 1 &1/2 weeks so everyone could move into their new homes!

  Mary Catherine is great! She was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable! We were able to refinance in 8 days! One unique aspect of her service are videos in her emails explaining the information she forwards for review. The videos were simple and understandable! It was such a smooth and easy refinance! She is highly recommended! 10 stars!
