  After our initial conversation by phone with Joe, we never heard from him again. Only through his assistants by email and then a few phone calls toward the end for closing. I sent Joe several emails and VM and never had them responded to or even acknowledged by anyone else in his office. We had many questions regarding some of the things that we had spoken to Joe about during our initial conversation and never had a chance to really discuss any of them. Needless to say, I would not recommend any of my friends or family to him. Communication is key no matter the situation, and any breakdown of that leads to very unsatisfied customers.

  Tom is the best loan agent anyone could ever have! He is very responsive and spends extra time working out exactly what I need for my loan! He is also extremely knowledgeable when I comes to financing and has the best rates! He will forever be my loan agent, I will never use anyone else!

  Joe Lochmann made buying a home an incredibly easy process. I heard all these stories about how difficult it was and I can honestly say that I did not have any such experience and it’s because of Joe. He work harder than I ever expected and was honest about what my expectations should be. I would recommend Joe to ALL of my friends and family. He literally will work his bum off for you if you give him the chance. He got me to closing with very few concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. If he says he can do it, you can trust that he can and will.

  Brad and his team provided me with a great service. We communicated almost daily. Every time I called him, I got him and not someone else or an answering service. Brad utilizes technology to the fullest potential to stay in touch with his customers and eliminates time-consuming document processing by utilizing DocuSign. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns and provides good advice on the same. He takes the time to get to know his customers and explains every step of the process and in most of our conversations, not only I learned a lot about how the system works, but he also provided answers to questions I did not think about asking. I had a great experience with Brad and his team and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Brad!

  I had such a great experience working with Brad! Completing the loan application was simple and the portal was very user friendly. From there, Brad explained the approval process in detail and let me know exactly what I would need to provide. The whole process went so smoothly & I loved that he was available via text, email, or phone in case I had any questions. I would highly recommend!!!

  We worked with Brad Huffman at Midwest and couldn’t be more pleased with his service. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and friendly and provided great advice along the way. He also recommended a realtor (Kim Ruhl) who we would also highly recommend. Brad and Kim were a wonderful team who successfully supported us thru the entire home buying process.   I have been banking with Midwest Bankcentre since 2014. I absolutely love this branch! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable, and the bank always clean and orderly. They take safety and security very serious here which I appreciate. My husband and I just recently refinanced our home with Kellie, and she was amazing! We definitely would 100% recommend her. The experience was top notch. I love that they show care for the customer and are always keeping up to date with technology. Keep up the great work!
