  We have lunch every weekend at our dealership and there is a check given to the person whom is responsible for going out and picking up wherever we order from. Every other employee I work alongside has no issue depositing the check into their checking account at their respective financial institutions, Arsenal and their “shared branches” refused to do so. They can see I receive all of my direct deposits from the same company that gave me the check and on top of that I was in my company attire from the dealership. I walked into commerce, not even being a member there, and they cashed it. No questions asked. I’ll be cancelling my checking account and going about withdrawing my Certificate of Deposit first thing Monday.

  Did a auto loan with them and been on time every month for almost 2 years . Truck fire on 12 -22-21 caused a total lost of the truck . Payment wasn't due again till 12-30-21 and a 15 day grace period . Insurance settled with them 1-5-22 for a 10 day pay off sum and mailed them a check 1-6-22 and insurance sent me the confirmation. Last week Friday late I get a late notice due and called this in to bank to get insurance check ain't here so it's still your bill . Today I see they raised the pay off on line and they still are not trying to work with or figure this out as my insurance has talked with them and I have .. all about their notes nothing else .. I'll be glad to see this nightmare over this acu don't give a da@# about their customers . Your bank has to have the worse system I have ever dealt with . Your loan department and so called collections team never talks to each other as was seen with the insurance settlement. No notes and the one note the collections manager made ,was made up . A deal with me that was never spoke about during any phone conversation between me or them or the insurance but they took It upon their self to send me this letter with this deal . You need to re work your ways of communication between departments and your customers. Glad my deal on loan is over will never use again or recommend.

  We received friendly, helpful service when we came in to setup a new account. Our paperwork was ready before we arrived making the whole process quick and easy.
