  Wes Sutterer at USA Mortgage is the best! Outstanding service doesn’t even begin to describe it! He’s dedicated to making sure his customers are happy, and understand everything during the whole process. During a move/buying and selling a home, everything is stressful, but it was nice never having to worry about the loan. Wes was in contact giving us updates, and also asking us if there was anything else he could do to help us out. He’s a great guy and we recommend him to Everyone! Thank you Wes!!

  Shawn was very quick to respond, even when he was out of the country at a wedding. It was a challenging transaction and he held the buyers hand every step of the way while the buyer was going through a difficult period. It was very appreciated by all parties, most certainly me.

  Ralph was fantastic! He had to go above and beyond to even set up our loan because we were purchasing from a relocation company. He did what others said they couldn’t or wouldn’t do. Ralph was on top of everything and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He explained everything in detail and made sure we understood each and every step. We even moved up the closing date and changed a few other things and he handled it with a smile! Thank you Ralph!

  Felicia was fantastic to work with. We closed on. Lee than one loan, all on the same day. She was very patient with our questions and concerns. Also, as much as possible was done online or via email as to not impede on our already busy family calendar. Thank you Felicia!
