  They treat you like family! I called and spoke to a live person Michelle and she was so nice and took time to explain things to me. They make sure you have the correct accounts and also take care of investments! I am so happy with them and recommend them highly!

  I was screamed at by a woman (who wouldn’t give me her name)over a simple dispute that was THE BANK’S FAULT. I requested that my account be closed & they REFUSED & forcibly removed me from the building. These people are actual scam artists.

  We worked with Joe who was extremely thorough, transparent, and personable during our whole experience of buying our new house. He even went so far as to help explain some things during the sale of our home. Definitely would recommend him and will keep him in mind for any future endeavors!

  Midwest Bank is the bank you remember from years ago. Where at Christmas there was a Santa in the lobby greeting everyone. A Norman Rockwell type of friendly bank. Everyone at the bank is easy to talk to. From the bank president to the teller. All care about you and your needs. So, come on down to Midwest Bank and get treated like you are part of the family. Enjoy the free coffee, big screen TV and friendly folks at the bank. They are all there waiting to listen and serve you.

  Several positive experiences with Midwest Bank Centre, specifically the Lemay Ferry location, two most recent with Michelle Berman. Michelle's customer service skills are excellent. She is responds in a very timely manner, she listens, identifies the problem (situation/issue) and handles the problem in a honest, forthright manner. Highly recommend Midwest Bank Centre and Michelle Berman. A footnote to this review, this is not from a customer that "got their way on everything," in one instance Michelle could not do something I requested: however, her honest explanation with the reason why only made me respect and understand her position.

  After reading all of the reviews, I thought "Hmmmmm!" We have had a business account and 3 personal accounts with them for the last 3 years. True, at times I have had to wait in line, but no more than normal. We have always experienced friendly service and they have been quite helpful. The online accounts have served us well for transfers and monitoring accounts and doing ACHs and payments. We have had to deal with overdrafts, stop payments, lost check books, transfers, etc and their service has been fine. I have had accounts with dozens of banks over the years in various states and even several countries. My wife and I rate them as doing a good job!

  I had a great experience with Midwest BankCentre when they handled my new mortgage. They not only had a great mortgage product for my needs and great rates, but the service was fantastic.

  My wife and I have been Midwest BankCentre customers for 44+ years. We have always had excellent service through use of the drive through, in bank services and on-line services. Sure, sometime you have to wait a short time for the bank rep. to get to you for banking business but that is usually due to someone being ahead of you but it is usually not a long wait at all.
