  If I would have done this survey before the gun range was put in to the store they would have gotten a much higher rateing. There are only 2 original employees that still work their and the new employees and manegment are very unprofessional and ware this store was at one time like Bellair pawn with very good prices they now charge 1.3% under full price of the brand new price of the same item if not full to 20 to 30 $ more then the new item. I will no longer make the 37mile trip like I have for many years

  I've been giving these people money each month for the past 4 or 5 month's just to hold my tv so when I finally pay the 80 to get it out, the top of it was some how cracked which was not before I pawned it and the screw to hold the tv on the mount are not even the right screw. I got it back with 5 little screws and 2 Allen keys. Not happy!

  This company by far has lost my services!!!! My fiance purchased my engagement ring from this company last year on Nov 17, 2015 (i told them Oct of 2015). However, i wanted to do an upgrade on my ring. The guy David advised me that i would need my original reciept to proceed. I immediately went home searching high and low for my reciept, but couldnt locate it. I then called and spoke with david to check for alternatives... he stated that he would have to go through the troubles of looking for the reciept in their basement. It seemed as if he really didnt want anything to do with me or my unique request. So, a day later i went inside to follow through with my request, and he gladly with great excitement informed me he couldnt find it. David said that he searched from Aug-Dec of 2015. I immediately felt as if he was trying to say i didnt purchase my ring from there. He soon went into the back to inform the manager "Angie" who was "Extremely" RUDE!!!!!! She immediately came out defensive, no greeting, no apology , no anything!!!! She goes to say well we looked from Aug-Nov and we didnt find it.... As she's telling me this her body language and hand gestures were out of this world RUDE! I then explained to her that "hey, why are you so defensive"?!? I work at a bank in a customer service field enviroment and this is unacceptable. I humbled and conducted myself as any civilized person should. She then took her level of rudeness down a bit and ask "well what do u want us to do"?!?! She then sent an elderly lady to assist which was even more rude... i just couldnt believe the level of professionalism that was being presented to me. She basically yelled at me to write my name down, all while slamming a piece of paper and ink pen for me to do so. She then says "give me a hour and ill look for it" very rude AGAIN! At this point i wanted to cry, because i felt so disrespected! I came back an hour later and Wa-LAH they magically found my reciept the second time. These people clearly have an issue with people of color and i refuse to ever spend money with businesses like this, EVER! I've contacted the bbb, channel 2 news, yelp, this here (facebook) , etc. THIS COMPANY IS RACIST!!!!

  They are open sundays witch is my only day off so it is very convenient for me. But if you are pawning something they do not give you a good prices I perfer to go to the pawnstar on Telegraph.

  The same ring at Shane co was 3 time the cost. They said a better Diamond. They were clearly not better diamonds. These guys got me a beautiful ring for under 2k and it get soooo many compliments!!

  I stop in every few weeks to see what new stuff they have. Nicest people in the world, ready to deal. I've bought several firearms from them as well as tools and whatnot. They have a good eye for merchandise. Stop in regularly and you'll see.

  Was low-balled so deeply on a loan request that it was insulting. They wanted to give me less than 1/6th of the average going rate (not even the highest) for the same gently used and meticulously kept item on ebay. They based their number on the lowest buy now price they could find, for a damaged one at that. Again, mine was nigh mint condition.

  The guy lied about how much the item sold for on ebay. There were a bunch of them on there, all for over 250 & he said they were going for 50 & only offered me 20. He did the exact same thing with another item I had. If you want to get a fair deal go somewhere else.

  Its ironic that the pawn shop that gave me issues when I was looking for a stolen handgun had all its guns stolen, they had gave me attitude just for asking and made me wait 2 hours before you would answer my questions while the city and county police argued over who to send. I aint forgot or forgave you for that BS. What are you hiding?

  Took 5 Hummel pieces to them and they told me that they were fake due to saying global on the bottom and told me they would give me $3 a piece. Left from there went to another place right down the street sold all five of them for over $250
