Jane Doe1The security is DISRESPECTFUL, and RUDE, he needs to be relocated or retrained, staff tried to speak peacefully after I already spoke that I was upset… all I wanted to do was come in and make a deposit. I’m highly upset with this location and I don’t know if it’s because of the updated Covid Restrictions and Rules, but I’ve been a member for so long to be treated this way! Please DO BETTER!!!!!!!!

Peter Kemph1ATTN: potential business account holders - don't bother. Neighbors lack of professionalism and ineptitutde is astounding. Latest issue is a rejection of a time-sensitive attempted purchase via debit for 2600 which was rejected multiple times without reason. NCU never bothered to call and check with me before rejecting the transaction. I had to call them the next day and was summarialy dismissed without apology as I attemtped to explain the urgency of the matter and no resolution given. THis a month after they didn't bither to remove fraudulant charges from my credit card that I had brought to their attention and they did nothing about until it dropped my credit score 30 points and I filed a BBB complaint.... Find another bank, folks. NCU has cost me plenty of time and money at this point.

Zach Blake1The customer service at this location needs up to date training on professionalism. Michelle had an absolutely terrible attitude. The gentleman with short red hair was the ONLY person in this establishment that was helpful. Maybe he could train your staff how to treat customers.

Ryan1Automated teller machine is a joke. Claims to be open 9-7 but many times I pull up well before and they are unavailable. Mysterious bill pay fees that I constantly have to get reimbursed that should not have been taken to begin with.

Peter STL1I am a Neighbors Credit Union credit card holder. On August 6 and 8, 2019 I was the victim of credit card fraud for $305.95, $7,346.90, and $131.16. All were clearly fraudulant purchases made without my authorization. I talked with VISA on three different occassions and with representatives from Neighbors credit Union no less than for different occassions over the past few weeks; the last representative I spoke with was a "Tricia Bounds" in Credit Card Services with Neighbors Credit Union. Each time I was assured the charges would be taken care of; today thirty days later they continue to exist. The increase in credit debt of nearly $8000 has since been reported to the creit bureaus and has caused my credit score to drop 30 point from 730 to 700. This has negatively affected my abitlity to get a favorable rate on a possible refinance of my mortgage.

Melinda Griffith2I normally don't have a problem with this branch. However when ever you call for service you are on the phone holding forever. I called 2 days in a row. The 1st day no one ever answered. I was on hold for 15 minutes. I tried again today to just ask a simply question and was on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered. This is not good business practice.
