  Love this bank and their staff! The branch manager (I believe that is his title), J.P., is always so helpful. My father passed away and I ended up opening an account with them, and they made the transition smooth. Also, they have bent the rules slightly in my favor once or twice when a gray area arose (nothing illegal obviously). Also, the ATM at Wal-Mart in Fenton doesn't charge you, so if you need to pull $ while shopping but don't want to drive down to Bowles, it works out great. Great job Midwest BankCentre! A+

  I would not recommend this bank to any one and I am sure they do not even want to know why I would not recommend them. In the long history of our family we have been members both personal and in business for over 60 years when Midwest was known as Lemay bank. Now all I will do is cash a check with them. They should have never ask for my review with their trash emails. :(

  If you have an account with Midwest BankCentre, and have any issue of importance whatsoever to resolve, don't waste your time with the snotty teenagers here. They won’t be able to help you, and they’ll be rude and condescending while they tell you they can’t help you. Take a road trip down to either the Crystal City or DeSoto branches, and you will get excellent service. I promise it will be worth your time.

  Went to the Fenton branch and I’m always helped by Kimberly Pogue and she’s always very sweet and helpful when I have questions. I’m so excited to see her when I go to my bank! Love her great vibes!

  I did go in this nice new place to deposit the winnings check to my brand new checking account and i was surprised, everyone is very nice.
